What about print on demand store like if I use third party company like printify to sell products from my store. What should I do about shipping and returns policy pages. I think I may clarify things on these pages like we source products from third party
We have a product that can be printed on demand. We use LuLu. But we have our own shop where the product is and when people order it, it ques LuLu to print and send to customer. @@SimplePinMedia in my business hub there is no status of verified account or any option to verify. Somewhere I read that Pinterest is pausing this feature but not sure if that is current.
@@ginachester I'm not seeing anything official from Pinterest about that. What's your Pinterest account? Is it a business account? Is your website claimed?
Yes, that's a general law for anyone selling products in an online shop. By law, businesses must register with a physical address within the state they operate. It should be on your website - easy to find (bottom of the home page or on the Contact page)
That's a great question. We've been trying to get some clarity on that but nothing from Pinterest is making the distinction from regular website and ecomm website. I would go ahead and try it and see if Pinterest comes back with a rebuttal.

My company matches homeowners and contractors, and doesn't necessarily have a product to sell or ship. Am I still able to become verified? It gives me an error for "Checkout currency passed back."

@@SimplePinMedia Thanks for the reply! Certain businesses have the red check (Angi, for example). I believe for accounts that do not link to products? Trying my hardest to learn more if you have any info!
@@kristenhatfield9464 oh I see what you’re saying. Pinterest is no longer providing the red checkmark. They did that for a short time but then they introduced the blue verified merchant one and discontinued the general red one
