TEKKEN 8 has been out for over a week now and I still can't stop playing Reina. Everyone asks if this will be my main character and the answer is no. I'm still sticking with Jack-8 in tournaments but for now I've been enjoying the newest addition to the series quite a bit in ranked. Here's the latest batch of matches as I climb the endless Online Battle Ladder.

Ive been grinding rank with Reina, stuck in ruler ranks rn 😅 but watching my man Anakin gives me inspiration! I know ill NEVER be on his level but its still inspiring! Cant wait to see the Jack come out and play! Looking forward to seeing you in the TWT i always root 4 u!

@@genesishandboards It’s good to be aware of the skill gap you’d need to overcome, but don’t sell yourself short! With persistent practice and time you could very well surpass your own expectations. Remember to keep a level head, try to learn from mistakes instead of making excuses, perhaps ask questions when you can, but ultimately make sure you’re having fun with the process. ✌️

First focus on the basic combos, perfect them, be able to hit them online, then move onto the harder stuff. It’s a process

Hey Anakin! I keep hearing a mix of reina being a straightforward character.... or i hear shes one of the more harder characters to play. What do you think? Is she a hard character?

She’s hard because some of her tools and mechanics fall under the Mishima umbrella (ewgf and crouch dash). These would be the things people consider difficult. But she has the most non-Mishima tools for a Mishima characater which make her very strong. A very good mix of stuff and all around fun n to play because of that!

There are tons of boosters on top of the leaderboard, the easiest way to tell is through replays, or if you can't find any you can also check their profile, if their stats (attack, defense, etc) are all around 40 ish, they are definitely boosters.
