Greg Doucette is becoming annoying to watch. Plus he sell an overrated and overpriced 'cancer' cookbook. I would rather purchase RJF cookbook if wanted to have cancer, atleast he has better variety than Greg. Greg teaches how to make horrible 'protein popcorn'.

Well, I like boring food for cutting. If it's too good, it's harder to eat less. I can easily maintain weight, but I hate losing power during cutting. Sooo, I'm not against short term chicken, broccoli and rice. I just change it after 4-8 weeks cut.

Jesse! I want to buy one of your "Practice Safe Sets" t-shirts. It says that they are pre shrunk fabric. I buy 2XL on shirts because they shrink in length when I dry them.
