i didn’t start that long ago but before i even heard or noticed this trend i was already eating really healthy and was active but still got better, especially mentally routines are so important and can literally change your whole life

I tell my dad to wake me up at 6am and end up waking me up at 8am (my sleep is so heavy that an alarm wont wake me up)

I would say set little habits for yourself that u want to try and do everyday that are productive (make ur bed, journal, get outside, etc) you could also try and set small goals to work at a little bit each day like maybe u wanna become more flexible or something so u are gonna stretch for 15 minutes each day. Just some ideas!

I love to come up with small tasks! like reading at the park, grocery shopping, riding a bike and trying new hobbies! Hope it helps
