Anxiety is real and only who goes through it knows that if you let it get control over you it will really take you to a dark place that if you don't have supportive people around you , you'll get trap in that dark place and it's not easy to get out of. I deal with anxiety to how I get through it is that I say everything happens for a reason and u learn from everything and it help and trust me I went through it and worse and I’m just a 14 year old trying to be a professional boxer I trained boxing for 4 years now and my birthday is on June 8 and what I realized is everyone that I know that birthday is on the 8th goes through a lot in his life trust me when you ko anxiety to u will feel free like you know that feeling when you prove someone wrong you will feel like you proven life wrong you will feel free and when you prove the whole world wrong is when you prove your mind wrong.
