I love this! It reminds me of that quote which says “people overestimate what they can do in a day but underestimate what they can do in a year” - we don’t have to do huge things each day to make progress, it’s those little things that add up when you’re consistent

The best way to become the person you *want* to be is by being consistent. Take small and achievable steps one day at a time, making sure to avoid overwhelming yourself with the changes that occur. Remember, there's no rush and this process will need time.
Im at the point of my life where i wabt to get things done but i feel no motivation to do so. I keep postponding it to next day which never comes. I keep imagining scenerios in my mind at night thinking about how different my life would feel if i actually do what i want to and get out of this constant loop im stuck in. I imagine it all and goes to sleep planning the next day in my head but again i do nothing at all when the next day arrives. im stuck in this loop where i just cant get out of... Or im just not trying hard enough to actually get out of it.
Omg I get you I have exams going on and I am procarstinating sooo much but I also know that if I study i will definitely get good marks but idk I just cant bring myself to study sometimes and then I will have a huge guilt trip
