If everyone has 2 votes and biffle got 3 that means someone got 3 votes and voted for biffle. And since Ssunddee won the case my theory is that Ssunddee voted for biffle as long as Ssunddee won the case. But it is just a theory.

For future reference, judges do Not get a vote, the jury must come to a single agreed upon vote, the judge only announces their decision and keeps the people in the court organized, they cant even talk to the jurors while they are deliberating. However i do agree that more people is a good idea, that or you can do a version which has been unused for a long time and after each point that a side makes and after each rebuttal each juror places a vote on which side the point falls, at the end of the event all points are tallied up. I would also say that you should have made this into two cases, not fused it as one.
