Rush, you and Clara should visit Mpakadam and scout it out. This is where the Akosombo rail line will end as they are building an inland port to transport goods by barge from there to Burkina Faso and points north. Mpakadam is completely virgin but has scenic views that rival Cape Town. In 5-10 years it will be discovered and I suspect the Lebanese and Indians are already buying parcels now.
