BEDROOM CLOSET ORGANIZATION WITH DOLLAR TREE, IKEA & WALMART 

I've seen a lot of organizing videos for closets, life hack videos etc. This one was by far the most genius and creative use of I expensive items and space. Wow!

Your idea of using the Dollar Tree spice racks blew my mind! Thank you for that!

Get more use from your bookshelves by using tiered shelving (risers) & stack more shoes in your dead space. I did & it literally doubled the space for my shoes. Especially flats! Works great! 😘💕

OMG... I love that spice rack shoe solution... My mom has loads of dress shoes that this would work for, she rarely wears them anymore but doesn't want to part with them yet and she just moved and we are trying to organize her new closet so this is great for a solution. you have amazing ideas, loved the rolled cart for the cart supplies and the spice rack to put the rarely worn high heels

You can also use rubber bands on the ends of your hangers or put some hot glue on ends of hangers to keep tops, blouses, or slinky tops from sliding off. 😉🤗

I got on that velvet hanger kick and replaced all of my hangers with them and the closet looked so pretty......then one by one they ALL broke. Either the metal hanger pulled out or it broke completely where it connects at the top. I'm now back to the same color plastic hangers and love them. I did get a lot of great ideas for my closet, so Thank You!

EXCELLENT spice rack revamp & chain for purses 💕💕💕💕! I used an over the toilet storage for purses on the shelves & the book binder rings to cascade down where the toilet goes! By connecting the metal rings several purses can hang down!!

Great video...Like the girly pink baskets, etc.! Like you said, getting a volume of anything to coordinate in same colors can be difficult, but try several branches for more. Liked the chalkboard labeling, would like to see on most everything, or removable labels on drawers or carts from office supply store. Those pretty rainbow or color--graduated carts on wheels can go on sale at Michaels for half the price of Office Depot/Max, great for paper, envelopes, markers, tape, scissors, stationary, clips, etc. BUT, the drawers have skinny tracks & can break or crack unless very light supplies. Can also use for beauty supplies, brushes, hair accessories, makeup, creams, etc. Stronger clear Sterilite shoe boxes from Target, Ace Hardware, Meijer's, Walmart are great for shoes on floor stacked, or as first layer under shoes on the shelf or for all, around $6.00 by batch of 5 or 6 or usually individually, + stronger than Dollar Tree (whereby the lids crack, etc. as thin plastic.) Could stack on a dresser, or under a table, vanity with or without a fabric curtain easily tacked on from pretty fabric from almost anywhere. (Discovered Walmart had lots.) A project like this can be fun it's just a matter of thinking, planning, working with what space you have no matter how little, especially with 1 bedroom Apts. or those sharing places. Going vertical on storage or high as stated IS ESSENTIAL! You're right about wide hangers eating up space, plus weight factor people don't realize, but wood is too expensive to toss, I used for coats only. Crystal cut plastic hangers, with or without clips are wide too. So, I found brass colored aluminum, extemely strong & lightweight from Hardware store, more costly at Bed, Bath, & Beyond over years, which will take double or triple the clothes in same space also allowing me to hang coordinating pants on one with blouses. Heavy jeans can be folded & stacked in colored floor laundry baskets from 5 Below, found same in Target, or elsewhere. I used square softer plastic with 2 handles like a tote that can fold inward to carry laundry into facilities or be pulled forward. Great for the trunk too. T.J.Maxx/Marshalls sell many cute huge vinyl tote bags for 99© for lots! I used 1 wider depth of white Ikea bookcases in bedroom for folded jeans at bottom, going upward with folded tops, sweaters, etc., & another for office suoplies & crafts. Scrapbooking pads, etc. & coloring books can get heavy, left on bottom. Used narrower Ikea in living room for books & 1 or 2 knickknacks in front such as picture frames, decorative items like small collections. Underbed boxes are great for storing away summer shorts/ bathing suits until next year, wheeled or not, but not for shoe access, as too much pulling in & out. Resolve depth clearance of those with wooden bed--blocks to raise bed frame. Found those at thrift stores or new at B, B, & B, but $20.00 or +. Plastic risers ones had bedframe punch--through so I avoided. They are bigger, uglier, black or white, square or round, but the latter looks less monstrous & bed ruffles help cover up. Dollar Tree also has boxed clear Ziploc storage bags, in medium/large/Xlarge--which can be used for sweaters, (prevents snagging), or purses, & a good idea for leather which can make a lot surrounding it smell from it's chemical/coloring treatments. Your purse idea was like mine, although once I tried using plastic chain with bigger holes adding plastic 'S' hooks for loads of scarves. Those are lightweight; but for a volume of heavier purses, we may need to put the ceiling hook into a wood wall stud/beam for weight. One may investigate a commercial rack supply place if available, that supplies retail stores; I saw a wonderful metal spiral floor rack for purses, & got a heavy duty metal dress rack that folds. I took a metal accessories stand, & tripled the hanging 'S' hooks to hang lots of necklaces (with the longest doubled over on hooks). Be inventive as to odd items in thrift stores/rummage sales for such, you never know what'll turn up there for household items, sometimes stores even have "half off" colored tags. I bought coordinating cardboard hat boxes in graduating sizes for hats, misc., useful for lots, stacked all in a tower on floor corner over a mat, (as long as no heavier items in them). Your videos are fun, sharing ideas is great, go girls!!!

Most of the other closet organization vids show these huge closets. I wouldn't have a problem organizing, however, my closets are small. So much appreciate your ideas. An subing and will be looking for more!!!
