No safety guidelines here! Everything is talked about (pre-job briefing) with myself and the guys daily in the morning and throughout the day to keep everyone safe including the threat of overheating 🥵. I worked at a power plant for 35 years so I am very strict about safety. 99% of the workers don’t have health insurance or money to pay for medicine or medical bills. Most importantly I don’t want to see anyone hurt.
