I love the work you’ve done in your home. The nightstands are very nice. Since you asked, I thought the bed & nightstands would look better centered but I see it would block the door. I think the nightstands would look better with smaller lamps which leave space for a candle, trinket box &/or a green plant. I also think the black pillows & artwork although pretty, are competing with each other, making the area look a little crowded. I would use the artwork on another wall, add a throw blanket with black, white & another color in it to the bottom of the bed, a narrow bench at the of the bed & use the sideboard elsewhere in the house. These are just my suggestions, I realize this is your home & whatever you so do will be nice. As always I’m anxiously awaiting your next video.😊

The picture brings out the bed and you can see the beauty of the Canopy bed and the picture brings out the wall also. Your suggestion about the night tables being overcrowded with the large lamp is correct. A slimmer taller lamp would be better and it would be more room.pn the night table but high is necessary for the balance of the canopy bed along with candles and complementary accessories in a tray. The night tables need higher objects for balance on both sides for the center of the canopy bed. The bed is on the right side to bring out the accent wall and the bed does not need to be moved the Sideboard looks great in the room it brings out the color of the accent wall to match the modern painting with the colors and the the lighter colors on the wall. The curtains make the room more Spacious and light. This is a beautiful room and the room is clean cut where you can see all of the beauty. The design of the room is not overcrowded. I can see the color of the room.is showing Black and white which matches the rest of the house. The room. looks larger the way it is designed and the room.is not overcrowded at all. The accent wall shows the excellent of the canopy bed and brings attention to the accent wall along with the black pillows give attention to the canopy bed to keep the flow of the accent wall pulling the canopybed into the wall. Queen you are doing an amazing job!

Happy Sunday. You've created a beautiful space in your home. As you always ask of us, here's my thoughts. I love the black wall as a focal wall . Something to wake up to with the wood side table with maybe a piece of greenery on it. Something minimal and nice. Then I'd make my bed the focal on the other wall. I'm a sucker for things being centered, so the night stands, picture, and bed not being centered will drive me nuts. Enjoy your space, Gorgeous. Have a wonderful week.

Just finished watched the video.. luv the bed on the accent wall just " scoot" the side table by the window alil off the side .. the picture is lost and alil distracting , it's better on the opposite wall , bring back in the metal consol table to that same wall and work your decorating skills.. the sideboard isn't necessary unless you need it for clothing so get a tall slim dresser for that if it's necessary... absolutely luv the side tables , brilliant price and choice but lamp is alil too "fat" ..and 2 would be necessary...loving the bedroom

I love the black accent wall & the side tables! I think a simple headboard bed would fit the space better though, the canopy distracts from the overall look with it being a smaller space.

Hey Emonie! your room is coming together. I think you should put the artwork where you had the entry table. Also, place the sideboard on the wall where your bed was previously. Let your bed be the focus point and get some lamps. Love, love the nightstands and don't paint them.

Hi Emonie Everything look great , You've gone from a Modern glam decor to a Modern rust decor , The mirror should stay it enlarge the room , the picture bring life to the head board, the night stand look great. The lamp is great you can always find a stone lamp for the other side even if you have to spray paint them to match in color as long as they're both the same height they don't have to be twins just similar. DONT sleep on your accessories your glass and mirror candle holders plus other glass & mirror pieces that will enhance your decor with feminism . I agree with the lighter rug would be the best it's all coming together beautifully TYFS , Continued Success!!❤

The side tables are nice the color is a Patina color and are distressed. As always excited to see what you do next. Hey sis here are my thoughts the black wall is given I do understand that you like the bed in that side of the room but I really think the wood side board would look better on that wall because of the contrast especially with that picture and you can also put some other decor with it or a larger picture. I do like the night stands but they do not look good with the side board. I know you will figure it all out and lay it out. Have a blessed day!

I love the fact that you moved the bed, but the picture over your bed is competing too much with the wall and the frame of the bed. Try putting the picture on another wall in the room. I love the lamp but if you can find one, that’s a little smaller because it’s taking up too much room for other essentials that you may need on your nightstand. I think you need is a chest of drawers for storage. Other than that I think that you’re doing a great job.

Hello Emonie, love the bed on the dark wall. Love the color on the night stands however, do not paint them. Paint the dresser the same as the night stands. They should be one and the same. You can distress it yourself. When you paint the dresser you use a brush to distress it. The picture you did is too dark of a background for the dark wall. I would buy a white picture with black in it. You always put light on a dark wall and vice versa. Your room is very small so do not paint your doors black. This is over kill. Too much black is too closed up.

I like the bed over there although I voted for it not to be. Nightstands can run $180.00 and up a piece so $80.00 is a decent price if they not flimsy. Also if you buy some decorative natural wood color decor to place on the nightstands or artwork frame or flower pot, they cabinet would work in the room. If you look at the picture on the home depot paint template , they matched that wall color with that wood color and I love the combination thus the reason why I had also picked the cracked black pepper color for my room. Instead of lamps, some lights that attach to the wall and runs off usb bulbs that shine down on the nightshade will give it a modern vibe. and The finish on the nightstand is called whitewash ❤

Happy & Blessed Sunday Queen! Love the design so far. The D.I.Y is nice, but it would be better on the opposite wall over the sideboard. Over your bed should be some “Designed Wall Sconce”. And as for the night stands, clear glass lamps w/black or white lamp shades. To finish it off a nice area rug. But that black accent wall is popping. 💕👍🏽

Love the bed on the black wall. The night stands are nice too. A little more greenery would be nice. One lamp is plenty, I don't see a need for two lamps. Less is always better. That vase is perfect. I'm not understanding your wall art. You have a "girly" persona, I would like to see something feminine behind the bed. But that's just my 2 cents! I'm still loving the journey!

I do like the bed against the black wall. However, the picture is not complementing above the bed. I would maybe put it on one of the white walls. I would also do matching lamps on your nightstands, the one you currently have is too large.

I really like your bed against the feature wall but if I could make a suggestion I would keep those twin night stand that distress white and get 2 accent small lamps black of course it would look more cohesive. Of course that's just a suggestion try and see
