honestly, I don't feel I did a great job of showing the amount of time it takes. We were trying to show a lot of benefits with identifying issues and changes. And you wont run into those with every patient on a regular basis. regularly it takes 4-5 minutes in my experience, with the occasional slightly longer one. But even when you have the longer ones, if they're longer for the reasons that our example stretched out, its not a waste of time. Its valuable, and directly impacts the safety and outcomes of the patient. If you implement the strategies from the first half of the video you can eliminate all the "wasted" time, which from polling our staff, we found to be the biggest complaint/concern.
