Please do more biblical stories! You guys are my favorite sleep stories all the other ones I try to search about God I just can’t sleep to, they talk with too much emotion and too fast unlike this channel! I also can’t sleep to woman’s voice for some reason. Thanks for your guys hard work!
I can't sleep with a females voice either I think because I can't feel any bass in my ears or body and I think that is one the reasons we listen to go to sleep it's like a massage for your ears lol anyways goodnight God bless

Please pray for me. I’m a widow struggling to provide for my two autistic sons both non verbal. I’m so overwhelmed. My husband passed away three years ago. We are still coping with his death. I lost my job over declining the vaccine. I declined due to my pre existing health conditions (Lupus) and heart disease. I have no family or friends to turn to. I’ve been put down, called horrible names, and mocked by others even my own family just because of my circumstances and my choice. Struggling, every month is a battle to not end up homeless with my two children. Please keep me in your prayers. Every month is so stressful. Im so ashamed my and embarrassed about my situation. Holding on dearly to my faith. I know Our Heavenly Father will provide for me and my children. Keeping faith.

I contemplated your situation some more and I wanted to leave you with some valuable insight from my own personal experience working with the profoundly developmentally disabled that may be helpful to you. One of my coworkers pulled me to the side one day and told me I had to enter in the mornings more calmly as I excited the clients too much and we wanted them to be as calm as possible so they could transition onto the bus for program successfully. Well I tried and later that same coworker told me never mind as she noticed what I noticed. Despite my schedule being random and me doing what she instructed they would still be highly excitable. Our special children are sensitive to our energy and despite not being able to see me they would get excited even before I entered the house because they could feel how happy and excited I felt to see them in the mornings. This also meant that when the staff was stressed or in a bad mood we would have our most challenging shifts because they would act out in response. There are a lot of sources on the internet but I have found Meditative Mind's variety of chakra music to be very helpful in shifting my energy and they can be as short or long as you need them to be. My personal recipie is a full chakra sound bath (all the colors)followed by a heart (green) and a root (red). When I need to strengthen my confidence I go for solar plexus (yellow) and throat (blue) so I can support communicating my needs to others better. I suggest listening through headphones and if you can add it to an Epsom salt bath (baking soda and vinegar added keep your skin soft) you would get the most benefit as when we are stressed it eats up our calming Magnesium reserves in our bodies. I have an elderly mother to take care of 24/7 so I will listen as I do chores with one ear off from time to time or with both ears covered when she is safe and fast asleep. I actually listen to these sleep stories throughout my day as the stories and voices of the storytellers have a profoundly and similar healing effect but they tend to work with our inner child and sacral chakra (orange) which helps me think creatively and shifts how I look at things. Just remember you are love,you are loved and love begins and ends with you ❤
Thank God! You have a story about the bible . I used to listen in get sleepy channel and I requested them to make a story about in the bible . But instead they make about God and goddess of Greek mythology 😭
