I try. I suffer badly from chronic pain and overloading my schedule so it's a mix of not being able to sleep cause of pain and the mental anxiety of needing to just get up and get stuff done. I got 8hrs of sleep the other night and woke up feeling like I could walk into the white house and turn this country around (joking, I'm not political) I was like "Is this what it feels like to get a full night of sleep?" Now that spring is here I'm hoping that more physical activity will lead to more sleep as it usually does. Winter is always a rough one on me.
@@Photobombin I understand, I have chronic pain also, Fybromiaga. Not fun for sure. Sometimes our minds keep going when our bodies say it's time to slow down and get rest. We get a good night sleep and your right we feel like we can conquer the world. But then we suffer. Someday it'll all work out for us all. Will keep you in my prayers 🙏🙏🙏❤️. I LOVE YOUR LITTLE CHUNKY BUMBLEBEE!made some tin can bees for my yard last year and put them on long reflector rods. Low cost and adorable in flower beds and blooming trees.

They have a bee and butterfly mold at Walmart, you might want to pick it up, along with some air dry clay. They are easy to make and are a must for the hive.

Love the bee idea and the hive next. I had a procedure on my back yesterday and they gave me 3 epidural shots in my lower back yesterday. Still have a little pain but not much and thats expected. WOW that's a serious procedure if they gave you that many shots. I have been battling scoliosis and it's gotten worse the past few years. My spine looks like a race track with all the curves in it. I take edibles to manage the pain so sometimes when I'm laughing absurdly at something not that funny you now know why haha. I hope you get to feeling better soon Jayne!
