Speaking for myself I did not know how great the 70's were at the time but they were VERY unique and special--the music, the television, the times----really EVERYTHING. If you were there you know what I am saying.

+Sabrina Piccolo As a 70s child, I can tell you it was just the best time ever to have been a kid (like me) or a teen. We didn't sit around playing video games, texting, etc--no internet, no cell phones, no X box crap. We were more physically active, spending much of our time on wheels: rollerskating or skateboarding to the best music ever recorded. Young adults danced the night away under mirrored balls, amid strobe lights, in platform shoes. I'd like to see the return of roller rinks. To get an idea of what fun we had dancing in skates, watch this video 'Roller Disco - Roller Boogie (1979)'. This is how we rolled before the internet.
