This is so cute!!! I saw this idea somewhere, that if you don’t have a light box, you can turn a large glass baking pan upside down over your phone with the flashlight on. I’ve tried it and it worked pretty well.

Thanks for the sketching tip! By the way-this works for applying eyeliner as well. Using little overlapping “dashes” makes it easy to stay straight and keep the liner tight to the lash line-even on my mature eyes.😁 Just thought I’d share.

I've had this cut out for about a year now but, never sewn it together - LOL! Guess I'll be doing it (as soon as I get the invisible thread off of my machine). One thing I've found about outisde curves though is that using pinking shears helps to avoid the clipping.

Suggestion only: When the fabric cut/block is a square just provide one side measurement, like, 5.5" square or 3" square. All sides of a square are equal. Just a suggestion to reduce redundancy.
