Good show but there's a problem. There's a baritone player (older guy) who is the worst marcher I have ever seen. He's not even trying. Just plodding. Seriously terrible. It's not fair to have him on the field when everyone else is trying so hard. Do yourselves a favour and get rid of him because he could be the difference between making DCE finals and not because once the judges notice him, they won't stop looking at him and knocking off points. Not fair on the other members.
