What could I use in place of wine. I’m deathly allergic to sulphites

So am I but this releases the sulfites. I made it for family and tried it. I had zero issues.

All Clad is the best! I have had many of my all clad pans near 20 years. Still looks perfect after all that use. They are expensive, but well worth the money. Buy one piece at a time and before you know it you have all the pans you need.

I sometimes make this with Guinness instead of red wine , thats delicious too😊😊😊 I serve it with fluffy garlic mash made with red potatoes.

You can use more beef stock in the place of the wine. It won't be quite the same, but it avoids the use of the alcohol. Let me know what you think, Debbie!

The pot he used is glazed. I have the same cookware and I wash mine in hot soapy water and dry completely before putting it away. They are supper easy to care for and are the best cookware out there.

I love your videos and the beef dish looks like it is very tasty. My only gentle criticism is when you grabbed salt from salt cellar with hands that had just touched raw meat. You just contaminated your salt supply. Otherwise, well done!
