Ingredients for Shahi Haleem;
1 Kg Boneless Beef with 1 or 2 bones and Fat chunks

1 cup cooking oil
1 tablespoon garlic paste (Pisa hua lehsun)
1 tablespoon ginger paste (pisi hui adrak)
3 Large Size onions sliced (Kati hui pyaaz)
For Haleem masala
3(1 inch) pieces Cinnamon (daar chini)
3 tbs Fennel seeds(saunf)
12 Cloves(laung)
10 Green Cardamom (choti Elaichi)
3tsp white cumin(safaid zeera)
6tbs whole Coriander(sabut Dhania)
Dry roast for 1 minute and then grind to make powder.
Then add all these ingredients to the above powder..
2-3 tbs red chilli powder (laal mirch powder)(according to taste)
3-4tbs Kashmiri red chilli(Kashmiri ya daigi laal mirchain)
According to taste
2 tbs Turmeric (haldi)
1.5 tbs Black pepper(kaali mirch powder)
2 tbs Dried Ginger powder(soonth)
1.5 tbs garlic powder(lehsan powder)optional
1 tsp Citric acid(tatri)
Salt 4 tbs
Use 6 tablespoon of haleem masala prepared
½ cup split bengal gram (chana daal)
3/4 cup barley (jau)
1and half cup wheat (gehoon)
Soak them overnight
3tbs Chickpea lentil(channa daal)
3tbs pink lentils (masoor daal)
3tbs split green gram (moong daal)
3tbs white lentil (Mash ki Daal ya Urad Daal)
3 Tbs rice (chawal)
Soak all these lentils and rice overnight
Boil all these lentils and Wheat plus barley with 1 tsp turmeric..skip salt...
For Baghar;
1/2 cup cooking oil
For Garnishing
