I am going to make beef rice noodle at noon today. It's also called Phở. I cooked beef balls yesterday, and made some soup. But this soup is too thin and not strong enough.
This morning I bought some meat bones to add into the soup, the taste became richer and more layered!
Why not use pig bones? Because It's too oily, the soup of the rice noodle should be refreshing.

Ingredients: meat bones, onions, ginger, salt
Spices: cinnamon, star anise, grass fruit, cumin, bay leaf
