Hi Olympia thanks for the feedback, well I have used undercut meat and you have to give the cuts from the bottom by holding pressure on to ...but I will suggest you to get it cut with the butcher they will give you exact cuts just say give me 3mm of cuts hope this helps god bless

Brother the recipe is excellent 👍 Nevertheless as I was watching it a thought came to mind that once the roulade is prepared and in raw stage ,if we flour it dip it in egg wash , roll it in bread crumbs and fry it , you have a second version for roulade , just an idea which flashed in to my mind, Thanks
