Beef Shawarma Ingredients:
- 1 kg Faux Fillet
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Red Grape Vinegar
- 2 Onions
- 2 tbsp Fat
- 2 tbsp Ground Mastika
- Cinnamon Sticks
- Laurel Leaves
- 2 tbsp Shawarma Spices (Nutmeg, Cinnamon and Ground Cloves)
- All spice (7 Lebanese Spice)
- Salt

Shawarma is a dish in Middle Eastern cuisine consisting of meat cut into thin slices, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit. Originally made of lamb or mutton, today's shawarma may also be chicken, turkey, beef, or veal.

Shawarma is marinated all day in seasonings and spices like garlic, turmeric, dried lime, cinnamon, and cardamom, giving it a complex flavor both tangy and warm. Like the gyro, shawarma is served with toppings like tahini, tabbouleh, and hummus.

Shawarma is a Levantine Arab meat preparation, where lamb, chicken, turkey, beef, veal, or mixed meats are placed on a spit (commonly a vertical spit in restaurants), and may be grilled for as long as a day. ... This shawarma seasoning contains staples like cumin, coriander, paprika and turmeric along with some warm spices like cloves, nutmeg, allspice, and cinnamon and it's super easy to make your own! Once made it can be used to season meat for homemade shawarma and it keeps for a long time when stored in a sealed container!
