INGREDIENTS :
Beef steaks (rose or thigh)
tomato

spices: salt, pepper, rosemary

RECIPE:
✅ Cut the beef steaks into pieces and break them apart with a hammer. Poke with a knife and season both sides: salt and pepper
✅ We marinate them in oil and rosemary and leave them in the refrigerator until use
✅ Fry the onion for 2 minutes, after which we will add the meat and fry everything together for 5 - 10 minutes. We will season it with a little sweet paprika and add garlic
✅ After 10 minutes, we add other vegetables: peppers, carrots and tomatoes
✅ We stew for 15 minutes
✅ After 15 minutes, add 200 ml of water for the first time and simmer for another 15 minutes
✅ Add another 200 ml of water and simmer for an additional 15 minutes
✅ Take out the meat and blend or puree the vegetables, return the meat and add 400 ml of water. We stew everything together for 20 minutes
✅ Mix a spoonful of flour and a little cold water in a bowl and add it to our juice. Let's leave another 10 minutes on the plate and our steaks are ready. Season to taste at the end.
