Ordinary for some, remarkable for others.
Although some may view IGA Istanbul Airport as just another hotspot for traveling across the world, I tend to look at it quite differently.
For me it represents a place of intersectionality, where clashing cultures and widely differing personalities can come together under one roof with the collective goal of chasing after one’s own ambitions.
This is not only a feeling I can relate to on many personal levels, but it’s also one of the reasons I was more than happy to collaborate with IGA Istanbul Airport on their Runway Studio series.
After our talks were done on how we wanted to proceed with the event, I immediately knew that I wanted to immortalize this moment somehow; and from this simple idea came “Runway Istanbul Airport”, my newest single that’s now out on all platforms.
Throughout the track, I tried my best to encapsulate this feeling of excitement I get whenever the thought of traveling comes to my mind. Like my previous single, I hope you can all enjoy this track as much as I had while making it.
