Thank you. Its been a year for the books for sure. Great summer season, Deployment, have not been back home long and have been keeping family a priority. We did take our share of losses while I was away, but we can recover.
That time of the season again. Also I really enjoyed the video triple c with the kids. The comments were off so all I could do was hit the like button. Thanks guys, Good health and God bless 👍
Sorry it has taken me so long to comment back. What a season it has been. Beekeeping, Deployment, have not been back home long and have put family first. Looking forward to being back and interacting with the community.
You guys are always working hard, it's great to see your kids working with you. I can't get my daughters to help much. I only had to feed 1 light colony so far this summer. They seem to always be bringing in some nectar and I swear I saw goldenrod blooming today here in NJ. I would hate to have to feed during the summer. I leave some spring honey on for summer but feed heavy in the fall. Sugar prices are going to hurt all beekeers this fall! Good luck with your bees.
Thanks brother. Its been a minute since I have been able to do much beekeeping or youtube. Been Serving out of the Country for a while. I hope you and yours are well, We had a good summer flow, but took our share of losses with me gone. We can recover though. Stay safe my friend.
Hi Craig I have been missing your videos, I'm up north in ohio so I spend my winter evening hours trying to learn and prepare for next beekeeping season. I hope you guys had a productive summer and are doing ok?
Sorry for the delayed response, I have been out of the country for a while. We had a productive summer and made some honey, We also took our share of losses with me being away, but we can recover. Thanks for watching and hope you overwinter well.
@@thesidelinebeekeeper-craig6924 it is great to see that you are doing well.THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE!!! . Ya I had a great season for honey last season but I ran out but I found some but thank you anyway maybe down the road if this happens again we may try again. I know your family took great care with your girls 🐝🐝. Looking forward to your videos but get things straightened out first an ENJOY time with your family. welcome home . THANKS
Sorry for the delayed response. I have been out of the country. The pros are apiguard works well, but it is temperature sensitive and in the heat it must be used with care and with multiple treatments. OAV works well but it takes a larger than approved dose. It also will not kill any mites under the capping's. We use both in our IPM strategy, but usually only use oav on broodless splits and in winter.
