This is off topic from the video but I was curious if you could share about hives with multiple boxes. I feel confused about how bees naturally build down in a cavity but beekeepers build hives up. I want to understand the nature of bees better so that I know why and when (and maybe where in the stack) to add boxes. Thank you for all of your videos! 💚🐝
Have a look at my video on when to add a super which I hope will help on when to add boxes. In nature bees will attach comb to the roof and build down. In a hive they do something similar but on a frame by frame basis.
