That looks great. I cut my fillets into smaller pieces. Works great! Give it a try.... Tight lines

I dust my fillet with cornstarch before applying batter. Makes batter stick better. I never drain on paper towel, I use a wire rack. That way the bootom is never soggy.

@@FishBrainShane love to try them again. I was bear hunting in the UP of Michigan and got invited to a fish fry. Yes they were great, mostly I eat bream, trout and catfish because they are what are near my house. Good fishing and gods speed to ya bud. -Let’s go fishing now 👍🇺🇸

u have to use real beer ( augustiner edelstoff) and not this colored water ( not get angry its a joke an new york friend told me "what have american beer and sex in a canoe in common they are fucking closed to water" 😂😂😉
