You use beer because alcohol evaporates faster than water to leave tiny bubbles in the batter so no worries about alcohol allergy. If you’re super sensitive, try soda water

That is true in some cases. But ive been an advocate of these practices for over a decade. Even before they became buzzwords. I understand where you are comming from and i try to educate people about this im my own little ways. Unfortunately this cooking channel is not the venue for such discussions kaya i do it in other forms. Ive been involved. Thanks for highlighting some fraudulent practices by some businessmen.
