BEER GLAZED CHRITMAS HAM - "COTTO e MAGNAT" - with Jason - with ENG sub - Australian Recipe

🇬🇧 In this new episode of "COTTO e MAGNAT," Jason wanted to share a recipe for Guinness beer-glazed Christmas ham.
ingredients:
#ham 2.5kg
#cloves 25gr
#guinness beer 250ml
#maple syrup 125ml
#honey 125ml
#whole grain #mustard 95 grams.
Directions:
STEP 1: remove the skin from the ham with a knife
STEP 2: using the blade of the knife, score diamond shapes through the fat of the ham
STEP 3: on each diamond shape section, place a clove in the centre.
STEP 4: prepare the glaze, combining the Guinness beer, maple syrup, honey and whole grain mustard in a saucepan, and let it boil until it has become reduced and a little thicker like a glaze.
STEP 5: pre-heat the oven to 190*C degrees and in the process glaze the entire surface of the ham, with one half of the glaze, and then bake
STEP 6: Halfway through baking (about a half hour) glaze again with the remaining liquid and bake again for another half hour.
