Would be interesting to see how much marketing and bottling affects the phycology of the tasting.... blind taste tests are always really interesting to watch. It would be cool to see you do a video like this

Harshness will come after time. You drink enough and you tend to become more critical. Luckily I’ve gotten past the critical phase for the most point. Enjoy beer!

Pronounced- Veye hen steph awn. Wei hen stephan. It's the world oldest continually operated brewery originally by monks. And Why would you want to pound it instead of enjoying it. Pound a bud light but not quality beer.
