My go-to beer for hot weather is typically something like natural light or Miller high Life

All the information I've found says unfiltered beer is healthier because filtering removes protein, vitamins, healthy hop oils, and beneficial microorganisms. What exactly is there to be afraid of?

I don't know, because I'm not a scientist. I see lots of bloated craft beer drinkers. On the other hand, they may just drink and eat, too much.
