Really enjoyable. Well done Hidemi, well done everybody! Possibly the hardest Beethoven in many ways to pull off and certainly one of the most rewarding.
At the same time, I like the timpani in the Eroica better. I realise that some listeners and conductors would believe that the other timpani would create an imbalance. But one conductor's imbalance is another's balance.
