I’m amazed at the women who “snap back” so quickly. This wasn’t the case for me but then again-every woman’s body is different, I’m learning. Congrats on the new baby!
I am so happy for you, that you have such a Good skin. I look pregnant until now and my daughter turned 1 a week ago. My skin hangs and i have so unbelieveable many strechtmarks. I look like a zebra. Not only on my belly, even on my legs and my back.
I don't have stretch marks. I don't know why. Had two babies and now expecting my third. It just never happen. I was waiting for it to show tbh. My mom and grandma has it.
She's just showing the evolution of her body. What's wrong with that. Having hanging skin and stretch marks is normal, but women who didn't have that problem are normal too.
@@angelablasilopez6718 nobody said it wasnt normal. I Just dont like that Almost no one on youtube Shows their body with hanging skin. Sorry that i could Not say it right (English is Not my first langauge)
Damn I wish my belly went down that fast. One of the old folks around me was like "gotta lose all that weight after baby". I just had a baby a month ago and had to get an unwanted C-section. I already felt like my body was refusing to be a mom then to hear that. I cried for hours when I got home.
Nah, you don't wanna lose weight too fast. Everything bad stored in your fat tissue go right in. Breast milk. Go easy on yourself and tune out nonsense
Sorry that was said to you i dont have children my dream to be a mammy one day too late now 37 getting on now to wont get my dream no doubt but i know friends that have told me it actually takes a whole 1 year like 12 months for your body to go back to the norm again Your womb go back into place your parts that stretched out and by stretching to leave the stretch marks its normal To get loose skin and that has to go back to itself tighten up. So any woman that goes through that is a true inspiration and a super mom who earmed her stripes. Her silver strands are something to be proud of . I wish one day to go through the mommy and new born journey but probly never will get to experience it and embrace this all the ladies are so Lucky Beautiful Ladies that they get to feel this and live through this. You all in the comments don't let this get you down she is just shown her beautiful experience and just because some of yall thinking my body dont just bouce back that quick because we all have different bodies and are all beauiful in are own way. Plus size not going to say skinny size as a title not right hate when folk say that as explaining thinner girls. Plus size we will say for girls size 12 up to 16 average size and Girls under a 10 and the smaller sizes under that barely nearly average size we are beautiful inside and out in our own ways. @@aleksandraortyl3865 you really need physical therapy. Your weak core and back will literally destroy your life, it will result in injuries, arthritis, ect, I really recommend talking to your doctor. It's a big sign of diastasis recti also
I still look pregnant nearly 6 years after my 4th and last baby with saggy excess skin,I do love my stretch marks though just not my apron belly 😪. I know every woman's body is different I'm just not one of the blessed ones😂 but blessed to have housed and carried my babies safely into this world ❤
If you really dislike the “apron belly” you can get a panniculectomy. It’s a lot easier than a tummy tuck cause it just takes off excess skin and doesn’t mess with the muscles or fat.
Me too! Had the first 7 years ago, 2nd 5.5 years ago and my body looks saggy, and wobbly, loose skin full of stretch marks and there's no shape other than it lookig fat and hanging. Except I got back to my old weight and trying to loose this belly fat will make me underweight. I am constantly going from trying to accept/be proud I had babies in there, to wanting to totally change my lifestyle to actively sporting so it might become prettier to look at. I don't know.
Used the belly bandit and I had similar results so I highly recommend it! Not to mention genetics and age do play a huge factor. However I did not post my body because I never want to be the reason another woman feels bad about herself🥰 I wish social media changed especially now that I have a daughter because we as women are so much more than our bodies🎉 I’m all for feeling good about ourselves but not at the expense of others💗
You used it after birth? How often? Did you have a vaginal or cs? Sorry for the questions just wanna know. This is my 2nd 🤰🏾 and my stomach went down alot for the 1st but still not as much as I would have liked.
@@LadyMambaCharm yes I used it 3 days postpartum and used it for about 1.5 months. I wore it almost all day in the beginning and it gave my low back a lot of stability. I took it off to shower or sleep. It helped a lot but make sure to also do pelvic floor/core physical therapy for a few minutes a day so you work those muscles too. I don’t use it at all anymore but I always recommend it to people for the beginning especially because our core can feel so unstable post birth. I had vaginal delivery at 40 weeks and she was a big baby! I definitely think it contributed to my stomach going down so fast! Start with a bigger size than you usually are then work your way down. I got the XS first and there was no way it was making it around at 3 days pp😂
Well done! (But also, no shame to those who don’t look like this). I am also 3 weeks postpartum and to those who didn’t know me prior I don’t look like I had a baby. My stomach is flat (but it used to be even flatter). When I mentioned it to someone in a chat board they kind of got offended and told me that they ‘didn’t want to burst my bubble’ but more weight would come on because that’s what happened to them through breastfeeding. I say, let’s just be happy for anyone sharing their story. I’m just letting my body heal gently, and waiting until I have clearance and feel compelled to exercise in a way that feels good to me. Props to you for being kind to yourself ❤
I lost all my baby weight within a week of having my daughter. I continued to lose weight until I was forced to stop breastfeeding at 18 months because I was incredibly underweight. Breastfeeding took it out of me. We all have our struggles and our stories. I hope yours turns out exactly how you want it to. ❤
I notice that every time a mom shares how quickly she recovered without bragging or being mean about it, there's always comments shutting them down or telling them to be realistic. Never once did she say every mom had to snap back , she just wants to share that she did ! We should be happy for all moms no matter how long it takes them to snap back. She wasn't being unrealistic at all you guys. Stop being so insecure and be happy for each other !
Easy to snap back after first baby and subsequent babies if you're super active before getting pregnant and during pregnancy. That's how it was for my first 2... took me a year after the 3rd. Currently pregnant and I already know it's going to take me a while and that's okay 😊 breastfeeding helps your uterus shrink after giving birth as well
I didnt snap back quick w my first baby it took about a year to get my body back. But with my 2nd, it was like immediate. As they were cleanig the baby the nurse said "wow ! Your stomach is gone, its flat !" And she called in a couple of nurses to come see lol 😅 i wore a postpartum band for 2 weeks and was back to regular size by then. It was crazy 🤯
@ropampofu2977 i was definitely more active, so maybe exercise was what made a difference, especially the abdominal muscles [safely of course nothing too crazy] Also as i mentioned, the postpartum band i used made a huge difference in my healing process. Mostly i think it was just my body knowing what to do the second time around 🤔 i should also note that im a pretty small gal in general, i weighed only about 100 lbs before getting pregnant and was about 135 before giving birth. Everyone is different just listen to and trust your body to do its thing 😉 it really is amazing 👏
Well your belly wasn’t too big to begin with my belly was HUGE for all my pregnancies with my third it’s harder to go down as I’m older than I was when I had my first but reading the comments I’m glad to know I’m not alone and my husband loves my body because it bore our three kids ❤❤❤ so kudos to you on your amazing postpartum bod as well as everyone here who has a bod like mine 😂😂
You did great with your pregnancy! Be proud. Don't let anyone tear you down for an amazing job! I myself gained 100 lbs with my first pregnancy and never bounced completely back. I was pregnant 4 other times. I looked good for having that many pregnancies but never bounced back. Then got fat after they grew up 😮lol you did good honey. Very good
The biggest mental f*ck for me was learning that your stomach does not go back flat once the baby departs like…right away or within the same day! I was shooketh!!
This is how I was with my first, it was unbelievable. Now I have 3 and even though I’ve lost all the weight my body has changed in so many ways!! Boobs will never be the same, belly button stretched, and my tummy is very soft. Oh and I am awoken every morning at 4am having to run to the toilet bc my bladder won’t hold!!! Every body is different, every pregnancy different but I am yet to talk to a woman with multiple kids that has the same body as they used to.
Mine still looks like am pregnant i tried so hard to get flat stomach but nothing worked may be bcoz of 2babies with c section atlast i accepted my self how i am and yes every women body is different with different caring people
This makes me feel much better. I’m 6 months pregnant and scared to have loose skin. I’ve been using lotions, working out and eating so clean. I hope I can snap back like you did! You look amazing!!
My first pregnancy i gained so much weight( i worked from home during that time) and my stomach went down fairly quickly but i never got my pre-pregnancy body back before becoming pregnant again lol im 9 months eith my second and not only did i lose weight this pregnancy but im also way smaller than my first. Ladies we are creating life each body and pregnancy will be different. Love yourself for the wonder we create❤❤
Every woman can snap back like this one. It's because she actually cared and tried. Sadly most American women will blame others or anything else they can in life for gaining weight and not losing it. This woman on here is what men are looking for. Strength and love😊
Im 7 months pregnant and I just have a feeling im going to bounce back quickly as well. I've always wished to be this weight, but yet even with excessive eating and exercising to gain muscle mass (which i do consistently) i never made it past 110lbs until I got pregnant so honestly I hope to keep at least half of the baby weight.
That’s so cool how it went down so quickly & congratulations on your new baby 🎉. I’d say don’t take some of these comments to heart there’s just a lot of hurt women who aren’t happy about their body so they think saying things like “be real” are appropriate even though you are a real human & this is how your body works. Appreciate you sharing parts of your journey ❤
I needed 3 to 4 months until my body became more like before pregnancy. But I have many stretch marks until today. My son turn 2 now and I’m pregnant again at 25 weeks.
I fit back in my jeans after just 5 days. You couldn’t even tell I was ever pregnant and I had a c- section. Girl. I hit menopause and my belly looks 7 months pregnant now!!!😂😂😂 I hate it!!! Can’t lose it no matter what I do .
Ladies you’re breaking my heart! Be kind to yourselves ❤ we are literally superhuman bringing another life into this world. I wish I could give you all a big hug, you are the MOST BEAUTIFULEST person in your kids lives. That means so much more than a flat, stretch mark free, no saggin skin tummy ok?! * Of course no offense at all to the gorgeous woman who made the video. To be so vulnerable, and unfiltered is so brave! We need more videos like this.
I snapped back SO quick like this after my first pregnancy. Everyone was shocked and couldn’t believe I just had a baby. I am barely 5 months into my 2nd pregnancy (6 years later) and I look/feel like I’m 8 months pregnant compared to my first. I don’t know if it’s because I’m older now or what but I have a feeling it’s not going to be as easy as the first. 😒 my friends jokingly tell me it’s karma. I ain’t do nothin wrong but age.
I hope my body bounces back like that. You have great skin and genetics. Most of my cousins bounces back pretty easy after pregnancy so maybe I got those genes to.
I was surprisingly the same after each of my 4 wonderful sons were born, didnt have but light stretch marks on my rear-end and breasts which have pretty much vanished after 23 years when my last was born, wore pre-pegnancy clothing home from hospital each time but my largest baby was born at 6 lbs. 11.3oz and Im sure helped. My mother after uaving 2 children, had darker stretch marks across her stomach, took a bit longer to get back down, tummy and weight wise thay shed been prior and same for my sister and bith used cocoa butter all over afyer their shpwers, throughout the day and i never did. I just used moisturizer after my showers yet in my opinion I think cocoa butter causes the skin to stretch faster with an ever growing changing body and doesnt allow your own skin to stretch at a slower pace and might cause added strtch marks but either way, I wouldnt of cared if i had stretch marks from my chest down, light or dark, my sons were all i cared about and being as healthy as possible so i could nurture them as they grew within my womb and be there for them as they grew up, have their own families etc
She did terrific and doesn't seem like she had to exercise if she went that flat in a few days. She didn't get to big to begin with. As long as the baby is healthy. That is number 1!!!
I'm 1 month post partum and yet I still look pregnant😂, though I'm really big even before pregnancy so that was a given, Since I had CS i still need to wait for my OB's go sign for me to hit the gym and loose weight again. I thought breastfeeding and taking care of a newborn will make me loose weight tho, but I guess not that much since I still need to eat to breastfeed.
I'm a first time mum and used to come across these sorts of videos before I gave birth. I sort of unconsciously expected the same to happen to me, naturally, effortlessly. I expected my body to morph back but be slightly curvier at the hips, have bigger boobs and of course I expected stretch marks. To my disappointment it wasn't what I imagined. My child is 13 months and I look 7 months pregnant. My stomach is still potruding and there is a droop at my lower belly. I suddenly developed flabby arms, back fat and my thighs are chunky. Yes of course I have lots of stretch marks. Pre pregnancy I was very active: walking, cycling, swimming, hiking. During pregnancy I had to slow down then the birth amd labour was so bad that I was bedbound for 3 weeks. When I was finally up and moving I used all my energy to take care of myself and my baby. Even now I find it hard to go and exercise. My rings still don't fit me, neither do my clothes or shoes from pre-pregnancy.
Imo... this is Your journey and that's great 👏 But for us that Don't hv your body it is Not like this... tbh I've struggled and had to Learn to Love Myself And the body I hv After giving birth to 3 kids 😘
Remember, if youre currently pregnant and watching this - your body is not this body. Its OKAY if you dont snap back like this (i did with my first pregnancy but not my second) every body is different :)
Good for you! 😊😮 Im 3 months postpartum and I still look pregnant.. - working out and watching what I eat but its a struggle.. damn.. Im dreaming soo hard of wearing my old clothes… one day!!!!
I'm one of those women that never bounced back after pregnancy. I tried everything, I even joined a gym. I gave that up after I found out I was pregnant with my second. Four years later. Then after having my second, I tried again to lose the baby weight. I gave up after a while. I still exercise and eat right but I never lost all the weight. Congratulations to those who can lose all the baby fat soon after birth.
Makes me wonder if you happened to "wrap" after you birthed? I heard it helps (even years after birth), I bought one since the idea was interesting, but it seems like you and I are similarly shaped so maybe I'll naturally bounce too 😊
I bounced back with my first son after three weeks as well. I got a lot of stretch marks from itching during the summer I was seven months along no stretch marks then boom heat wave and I'm sweating no ac dog hair all over me and after a day I had stretch marks from itching so crazy. But their not bad kinda cute. Definitely didn't get any new ones with my second son cause my whole pregnancy was winter time. Third pregnancy definitely going to be seeing some new one I just hope the ac doesn't go out like last time truly and definitely done train my dog from laying in my clean clothes as soon as I take them out the dryer.
The belly that hangs after birth is so weird. Had two babies. Its the most weird thing I experience postpartum. It feels so loose lol. But I don't have stretch marks. I don't know why. It never happen.
Did you work out at all or maintain any cardio? I am skinny like you and super nervous I won’t bounce back. Though no matter what I want my baby to be happy and healthy.. no matter what that means for my body. I just want to make sure I do what I can to help my postpartum recovery ❤
I’m just kidding like that. My first kid I pushed out I snapped right back the next day to my body shape very skinny, but my second kid I had a C-section and I gained 30 pounds and never lost it but I’m loving the weight I’ve always been too skinny
