Hello Sir, I have 3 front emax crowns, Due to front 2 my lip looks protruding , I hv removed old ones ,dr again trimmed, now my teeth are already small no more trimmings can b done, but again new crown r so thin to maintain as per dr says protruding lip changes everything,Im not ready for that .Sir can you suggest something? Please guide ,and is it possible that again original lip position can b gained?

It is normal to extract teeth if you do have overcrowding or there’s no new space for the existing teeth to be straightened. My niece needs four extracted, but no need to break the jaw.

It's very common for them to extract teeth before straightening if there's no room to shift them. Orthodontics is essentially moving teeth to align them therefore you need space to move them into position.
