Do you have pups around your banana? I've seen videos where people cut all the leaves off the plant and rely on the pups to feed the mother plant. It's been my experience, though, that once I cut off the leaves, progress is halted.

@@Floridafoodforest. So sorry to hear you have no power. Do you have a generator? Luckily we are next to a hospital, so power gets back on here usually fairly quickly. Thanks for the name, will have to get one.

@FurFeathersandFlowers a buddy, let me borrow his generator when his power got fixed. Powers, fridge, starlink, fan, and phone charger.

Different types of pawpaw would work there. Mayhaw trees and crab apples. Different types of myrtle. I think jelly palms might work there. idk on that, though. Texas black persimmons would work there.
