Before The Storm - Hurricane Idalia 🌀 All The Bananas and Citrus We Have Planted 

Hello there, we live in the caribbean and get hit by hurricanes every 5 to 10 years. Our tradition to save Bbananas are to cut just the leaves so the won't bend with the winds. Go ahead an do it they will grow back 🙏🙌 be safe hopefully the oaks will survive! Blessings to you all

Oaks rarely bust. Banana trees are very good in storms. Maybe cover your window and door.

Look at the area map you need to be sure you aren't in a surge path. I've seen the gulf of Mexico water north of I -10 in an area I never would have thought it would go.
