I love the paint job on that house, the blue and red are like a rocket pop. I'm a bit surprised to see laundry and furnace venting under a wooden deck, and another vent again above the deck. I can imagine times when you'd maybe not want to be on your own deck. The timber framing holding up the deck was not secured properly, it's using non galv nails as well it does not appear to be using a metal hanger of any type, but the fascia may be hiding that. Great video overall my man.
