Omg, at first sniff i loved it so much, it just smelled so luxurious, i haven't quite smelled any perfume like this yet, but after 15 minutes the scent disappeared from my skin like Cinderella fairy god mother 😢
I own it. It smells more soapy than i expected and my body pulls the sandalwood too.I LOVE a super sweet perfume, but after wearing it a few times, i grew to really like it because I have a wide scent preference anyway. Weak lasting power for sure, which is unfortunate because it's relaxing when it comes to my morning sickness, and i dont want to use it all up.
I’ve had the same experience! I find myself over-spraying it everywhere on my skin, I make sure I’m moisturized…still, Smells good at first, but no longevity or projection. I think it’s going back to Sephora! If I’m going to spend my money on a perfume, it needs to be worth it! 😊
Are they really worth it.? They don't last unless you over spray and need to be layered. I wanted to start adding them to my collection but for me if a perfume isn't unique to the point I need to layer it to make something then I stay away from it
I’d say it’s pretty unique it’s just not at all what I expected. It’s been a year since I made this video and I still reach for this fragrance very frequently, I just don’t go into it with the expectation of a sweet scent. Highly recommend purchasing a travel size instead of committing to a full bottle
Tried it at Sephora and was sooo disappointed. I was fully expecting a sweet gourmand fragrance and I ended up with a weird, almost chemical, non-descript smell. Tried it directly on my skin and almost immediately had to wipe it off. Ironically, Kayali fragrances don't last, so it wasn't too bad. Just a short waste of time :)
This is an example of not to judge a perfume, dont just spray and smell it immediately. You need to let it dry down through out the day or just buy a decant
Really? Comparing with Sol de Janiero? If what you say it smells like- I think it smells clean and cool which is exactly how I would imagine a Pistachio Gelato to smell like given that mint green colour- not sweet, sugary types. I don’t understand why influencer hear “yum” and “gelato” and immediately think sugary and sweet when in reality Gelato is supposed to be refreshing and cool. Not shower or sports cool but definitely an ice cream on a hot day cool.
Mona Kattan AND Kayali described it as sugary and sweet so if the CEO of the company isn’t describing the scent correctly idk what to tell you. Lmao, it’s not an “influencer” thing, whatever that means. 🤷🏽♀️
