BEFORE You Discharge Your Student Loan (SC'd Veterans Only) - 1 

If you're a 100% SCD Veteran, once you are deemed P&T, you can opt out of your student loan discharge in order to finish your schooling and then, once you're finished, you can discharge your old and new loans. You only get one chance to discharge them so be sure you're done with school before you discharge them.
BE ADVISED - THERE IS A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT STUDENT LOAN LIFETIME LIMIT.
