I had to watch my grandma have a heart attack and I just stood on the sidelines sobbing... Then I always wish I did something, anything to help her but I know I could've done nothing... I'm wish his family and you the best. He shouldn't have taken his life as no matter what he was loved. I'll never understand how you feel as it's your emotions and your story, but my father after my parents divorce nearly committed suicide, but he said he and my sister saved him. I myself found out recently found out I have depression. But it's only moderate, so no self harm for me, which is lucky. For those that have friends and family with depression, and whether or not they hurt themselves, just get them to let their feelings out, everyday if possible. Even over the phone. If they or you cut or have suicidal thoughts, please, please find someone to talk to. I know it's scary, depression scares me too. But know that the ones you love will suffer if your gone. Please remember your loved, maybe by just one person but please, your lucky enough to be born a person, and lucky to still be alive, so take that for granted. I know we dont always have a choice, depression messes with you a lot, but just keep going because.... Pain Is Never Permanent.
