Begin With the End in Mind 

Ongoing dialog amongst ourselves and our customers circles around beef production and mating decisions. Our industry and the American Angus Association provide numerous tools to quantify a herd’s performance. While evaluating all the choices we have, where do we start? Start by giving these cattle a job description and asking, “What is the end goal?” From there, the solutions are easier identified as Mark discusses in this video.
Simply stated, “Start with the end in mind; start with the product (beef) that the world wants.”
