Hello Sonali, can you tell me as you're in UK so your colleagues or friends how much extra duties they do in a week, except those 3 days as it is mandatory for NHS. So how much extra duties in a week nurses do 1,2, or more than that!?

brother you get around 27 days off/holidays if you work in any NHS hospital. In case you want to visit your family in India you can just simply inform your manager/employer about the purpose of your vacation and the duration when you will be coming to India, in most of the cases people are very considerate and you will get off on the desirable dates, it may also depends on the work load and staff shortages too.
