Katy, WOWZA!!! These are so amazing. They are so my style. I have had the Alcohol Lift Off ink for a while and that was on my TO DO after this round of playing with alcohol. The vellum is stunning. I had so much fun collabing with you this time and can't wait for more. Thank you Katy, I am so lucky to have you as a friend.
Stampin MunchKins Awesome, Cyn! So glad you liked them!! You will like the lift off ink...just like normal stamping with a little extra cleaning. I had a blast! And looking forward to more! And thank you, my friend! I am the lucky one! 😘
Absolutely stunning cards, Katy! I'm amazed this is only your second time playing with alcohol inks! I'm curious, have you tried mixing your tye dye dyes with alcohol to make your own alcohol inks? I have almost the whole Ranger line, so I don't really need anymore colors, but it's something that popped into my head while watching the video. I don't know if they would work like that since I don't know much about those dyes, but just curious.
Thank you so much, Amanda!! I know...it seemed so intimidating I never wanted to bother...🤭 Yep, I have tried...and no luck...yet 😂 I have tried several things and they have not worked...🤞 I can figure it out...lol Hugs, my friend!
@@eastwickspaperandink I have to tell you Katie (or Katy), I have been going through my tremendous amount of emails I get from watch various people I subscribe to and decided not to be notified by them anymore. I didn't unsubscribe, just can't take the email input. I saved three card makers and you were one of them! I'm going to follow you to 100K!
Cathy Miller Cathy, first let me say...I was debating on replying, because I totally understand getting swamped with youtube emails heck emails in general and I didnt want to keep adding 😬 but I want you to know that what you said made my year. Your support and kindness means the world to me. Second spelling is fine either way, I am not picky 😊 It may be a while before I reach 100k 😊 so I hope I never disappoint. I really do appreciate you and thank you so much for supporting me, it really means a lot to me! Thank you, my friend!! 😘
Katy, these are beautiful! I love the addition of that inlaid frame. The vellum looks so pretty and soft. I love this collab. I am so glad I watched this because I was reminded to run to the dollar tree today and get myself a condiment bottle, I've been meaning to do so, but keep forgetting, now I will do so when they open in a few hours. such a great job on these cards. Thanks for doing this with Cyn.
Heidi Lilley Thank you so much, Heidi!! So glad you liked them!! I may do a fee more for the holidays 😊 and I agree the vellum is really soft. So glad you came to watch and it brought up a reminder 🤗 And I just love Cyn!! Hugs, my friend!! 😘
LOL there is no "perfection" with alcohol ink....it's random and that's what makes it beautiful. I love the lazy susan, great idea! I like that you did the second generation stamping....that came out good. I also use spray adhesive.....I thouoght I was the only one....LOL So I think everything you did is gorgeous (nice save on the one card....hee hee hee).....love it all.....but I will never ever do that stamping technique as I'm OCD and it would drive me crazy to have my stamps stained. Thanks for sharing :) Hugs....Janie
Janie - The Craft Princess Thank you so much, Janie!! Hahahah...no there is not perfection in alcohol inks, but it is beautiful 😊 I dont blame you about the staining...I am not a big fan...I feel like I scrub and scrub to get it cleaned 😂 Thank you so much for watching!! Hugs, my friend!! 😘
