Beginner DJ: Difference Between CDJ or Vinyl Mode 

CDJ mode with that skippy search function has given me a serious aneurism many times before I knew what it was. Seriously I couldn't fix it and literally just wanted to walk out the venue. It sounds so horrible. Literally thought the CDJ was broke.

You forgot to tell the difference between play/pause button on Vinyl or CDJ mode

Not really the way CDJ mode should be described. It's not about searching, unless you also explain that it's all about setting a new cue point on the fly, on the exact right frame, every time, even in very loud environments. Hence the stutter and the name frame search. If you don't understand that, and what it's for, all you hear is stutter noise. I see in the comments that people here still have no clue why the CDJ mode is superior to vinyl mode for everything but scratching, if you have the knowledge how to use it.

Theres more to the mode than what shown in the video. The way you control the plate when beatmatching is different, the sensitivity of the cdj mode is easier to beat match with vs vinyl
