Beginner Double Thumb / Double Pop Bass Drill (with tabs & backing track) 

Slap up & down, pop with index & middle - a little etude to practice several variations in 8ths at 100 bpm. Demo video by me first; guitar & drums only starts at 4:43!
Trying to get some of that fancy stuff down, I had to start at basics. But to make it a bit more fun, I set up a little practice drill with the help of my Atlas Cube partner in crime Martin Mies. I'm not qualified to explain how to properly do the technique (there are better videos around for that), but if you're in the early steps like me, you might enjoy practicing to this track aswell. Sure beats a monotonous click track!
