@@profanepersonality Oh I do love classical very much. And I even like some of the outlaw country music from the 60's and 70's, back when it actually was country music. Also like Blues But I guess I'll always keep my metal frame of mind.
@@arkgent8390 Nearly ALL metalheads love classical It's the sheer PASSION they bring to the music, and Classical and metal share that. If you are not moved by Holst, Wagner or Bach, Maiden, Megadeth and metallica are not going to move you either (and that's just SOME of the M's LOL) Nine inch nails? The cure? Ministry? Music has the power to move a soul, for good or bad, and the JOY is to love it. Love the music, love the message, even when that message is dark (like Slayer) LEARN from it. It's storytelling, and if you can't learn from a good story, what are you learning from? "Angel of death" is not a nice song, but it tells you not what to be, not what to aspire to be. I don't "trust in god" I trust in my brothers and sisters, they are at least real.
@@sutekh233 Very well put. Metal has not ever made me want to go out and commit violence. On the contrary, it has kept me from running amok many times because I can release my anger through the music and not through destructive means. And I do not 'trust in Jesus', I trust in myself.
He-man woman hater - Extreme (guitarist Nuno Bettencurt) Mr Crowley - Ozzy Osbourne (Randy Rhoads) Trough the fire and flames - Dragonforce (Herman Lee Sam Totman) Summer song - Joe Satriani (Joe Satriani) Yankee Rose - David Lee Roth (Steve Vai) Lady lost in time -Labirynth (Olaf Thorsen) Rising Force - Yngwie Malmsteen (Yngwie Malmsteen)
Best Megadeth song. Potentially the best thrash song. Ever. Great job in your reaction! You showed excitement for the song with its complexity and powerful grace. You balance your reactions well. Not too much talking. Not too much pausing. But more importantly, you provide ENOUGH talking and pausing. You even fiddled with your guitar (honestly I've seen others do that before and it becomes a distraction). However, you kept it short and sweet and focused on the appreciation of the riff rather than showing off your playing. So you appear to be smart, humble, conscientious, curious, and skilled in musical analysis. I don't know if you will do reactions forever. But you will be a musician forever. I can tell. This very song and video is what make me think that I absolutely HAD to learn how to play guitar. It's been many years. One of my guitars I bought new is over 20 years old. I also am a musician for life. Welcome to the cool kids club. But, I'm part of it, so it can't be too cool... :) Honestly, loved your energy. Stay awesome!
The first part of the song is Holy Wars up until Marty’s Acoustic solo. Then The Punishment Due begins. Then it switched back to Holy Wars for Dave’s epic solo. My suggestion is Wake Up Dead if you like change ups and different riffs and solos throughout the song. My favorite Megadeth song is My Last Words. Both of these songs are on the Peace Sells Nut Who’s Buying album, which is also my favorite by them. Cool channel. Good luck.
Man it looks like you have a good ear. That's crazy important. I have been a metal bass player I have been a metal bass player end guitar player since 1982 and it's goddamn fun keep it up
If you haven’t already, you HAVE to react to the live version at Hammersmith ‘92. The audio is amazing and it’s their greatest live version by far… I’d say it sounds better than the studio and I very, very rarely say that about any metal song.
You want to hear some amazing guitar playing, check out Savatage~~Hall of the Mountain King or 24 Hours Ago! Criss Oliva is one of the most underrated guitarist of all time!
@RQG-REACTS the original lineup. Chris Poland and Gar Samuelson. Not throwing shade on Nick or Marty, they are awesome too. Peace Sells But Who's Buying is as good as Rust in Peace. Heroin destroyed that lineup though
@RQG-REACTS I could have my facts wrong but you can verify. Dave tried to get Chris back for RiP. Chris did the demos and they were released on the remaster. Chris sued because he wasn't paid for the demos. Marty was inspired by those solos
