In this video Amanda demonstrates a beginner solo practice routine for International Samba. First, she shows all of the steps in the routine. Then, she breaks down the parts of the routine individually by the types of the steps and their counts.

Ladies usually start with the right leg backwards and gentlemen with the left leg forward. I find this video really well put though!! Thanks for making them!!❤❤❤

nice basic demonstrate I always want to learn samba. I was learn chacha rhunmba and jive but my teacher didnt want to teach me to learn samba because she always said Im not ready lolz until now I give up dance. LOLZ

Amanda, I often do the "quarter" timing on the Voltas - 1a2a3a4, 5a6a7a8. Your timing is also possible without quarter timing.
