Hey everyone!
Im filming here in my home studio where I teach and train Miami Pole.
Today I'm showing you a nice move you can do to get yourself down to the floor around the base of the Pole. This move is beginner friendly and a great way to start developing your strength in twisted grip, which is what we have the top arm in. Also I go over elbow bracket grip in the beginning of the move. Practice BOTH sides!
My Pole is on spin mode for this tutorial but you can also do this move on static Pole. Make sure you warm up before you try this and wear knee pads to protect your knees.
