A follow along beginner pole dance strength and conditioning tutorial on the static pole to help you quickly build strength and awareness in your muscles. Follow all my beginner classes in this pole dancing beginner course to improve your pole dance skills, strength and transitions to then move on to learn more advanced pole dance combos, and pole dance moves later.
Later in the Pole dancing course we will progress into pole dance choreography, more advanced pole dance combos, and pole dance moves and tricks. This lesson will focus on static pole grip and strength exercises to help you build grip strength, core strength and awareness of how to move your body in pole dancing.
