Thank you for sharing. I've suffered from depression my entire life and the pandemic got the best of me. It hit hard. I've forgotten who I am. I struggle with my health and finding that energy to get myself back. My parents both died over the summer and that caused me to gain 30 lbs in less than a few days. I have a story and it's not over. Listening to you struck a chord. You made me see I'm not alone and it encourages me. Thank you for sharing part of your story. You got this. I got this.
I love the openness and how raw and honest you’ve been. Anyone who suffers from mental health struggles, knows that the struggle really is real. But one of the biggest takeaways that I’ve learned is having a support system, no matter how big or small means all the world. And I don’t know that you even realize how much you sharing your story and your struggles helps me because I don’t really have a support system. I’m kind of wandering through this journey all by myself, and you have given me a lot of guidance so I just want to say thank you
I was feeling the same way started taking control of my life last Feb, I was at my highest weight at 212pds now 1 year later I've lost 80pds down to 132pds. Love your videos everything you make is so beautiful.
I have watched your videos for many years and have always admired you, your talent, and your strength! It takes strength to see a problem and to tell others of your struggles! That is behind you… you have faced this depression head on, and I know you will keep going forward. There may be some bad days but the key is… now you know to get up and use that strength no matter how hard you have to push yourself out that door… you are a strong woman… look at all you have accomplished. You are going in the right direction!!

Depression is the absolute worst! Then put adult ADHD on top of that, sometimes I feel paralyzed!! Thank you for the interview even though you were going thru the depths of your depression! I’m so glad you are getting better!!❤

I just loved watching this...really hit home. I have been going through all your videos tonight and making a list of all the beginner videos you have made regarding starting tumblers for a gal that is in the Tumbler Hacks group that has only ever made one tumbler and now she has taken an order for 50 tumblers to sell to her husband's work salesmen and the 1st 10 are already causing her such problems. I came across this video and just had to stop, take a breather and watch... and I definitely get this...now I need to start finding my ME so I can see my smile again and not just the one I put on for everyone else to see. Luv ya girlie. Now back to the list.😊

Depression is something that is so hard for the person going through it, and for those that are around them (in love). My hubby suffers from it, and it's so hard for me to understand sometimes............ because our life is simply wonderful. Sending prayers that you'll be able to stay on track and continue to feel happiness. Be blessed!

Thank you for the update & encouraging words. I have suffered from depression since I was in my 30’s & got injured which turned into a severe nervous system disease & severe pain. Needless to say I’ve been disabled since then. I’ve been crafting since then which helps. Thank you Jessica for reaching out to us !!

I just read an article by a doctor that says it helps substantially if you go outside and sit or stand in the sun for 10 minutes prior to having your coffee or breakfast. It will help kick start your metabolism.
I’m glad you’re doing better. Like you I’m having issues with hormonal imbalance and don’t want to take rx for it want to do it naturally. Mine is due to menopause. I’d love to talk with you about how you did it. Diet I have already started on and going to start walking. Did you take supplements? BTW. I love these bottles so cute.
Thank you! No supplements, just diet and exercise in the morning before sunrise, I also drink a hormonal balancing tea from Avery Apothecary called Goddess Blend. And sea moss from DaBombSeamoss.com but diet has been huge and of course no alcohol 🩷

My depression is the worst that it has been. Thought going on vacation for a week on a cruise would help but I’m worse off then when I left. Just wish I could go to sleep and not wake up 😢
Please don’t wish that. There are people who truly love and care for you. Keep yourself surrounded by friends and family who are great supporters and want to see you happy. I want to see you happy and healthy. Don’t let depression take full control of you. Fight to be positive. We all have something to be positive about even in the worse of times. Just look up, smile, and let the depression know it’s not in control.
